Sale questions

Do I need a code?

Yes. Join the chill list and your code appears straight away. We email it to you too. Enter it at checkout.

Do pre-orders count?

Pre-orders aren't part of the early sale, because they already come with a free Cloud Sleep Mask. They ship on 1 January.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, the usual 30-day returns apply to sale items too.

Can I combine offers?

One code per order, so the early code can't be combined with other discount codes.
