Where we ship
We ship to all countries in the European Union. We don't currently ship outside the EU.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over €70.

For orders under €70:
Spain: €4.95
Rest of the EU: €9.95
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing times
In-stock items, including our short-sleeve sleep sets in Frost and Oat Milk, are dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order.
Pre-order items ship from the dispatch date shown on the product page and at checkout. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order items are ready, unless we contact you to arrange otherwise.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
Spain: [2–4] business days
Rest of the EU: [4–8] business days
These are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Customs and duties
All our orders ship within the EU, so there are no customs fees or import duties.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us at hello@chillandslumber.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Chill & Slumber is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
