When am I charged?
You pay when you place your order, just like any other order. That's how you keep your spot in the first batch, and your eye mask if you're one of the first 100.
Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order?
Yes. Everything in one order ships together when your pre-order is ready. Want your everyday set sooner? Place it as a separate order and it ships in 2–5 days.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Just email us and we'll help you find your size.
